Everything was perfectly fine, handy location just off the general airport as well as railway station and airport, professional staff. Loved our rooms with separate beds.

Incredible Shower

We stopped in here without a reservation at 4.30am on the off chance they might have a room left. They had plenty and at certain times they allow you to pay for the room per hour. So we stayed two hours and it was well worth the money. The shower was, hands down, the best shower I've had in my entire life and there was complimentary tea and coffee. It was a well needed stop on our journey to refresh and have a small nap. Amazing service too. The receptionist was so helpful and kind.

If you usually staying in high quality hotels, flying business/first class, this is wrong place! Suitable only if you have a choice to sleep in the terminal or here. No drinking water in the room, no fridge. Noise not only from the airplanes but also from A/C outside of the room. Impossible to sleep. 1 towel for 2 person Old bathroom. When push the flash button in WC, You will broken your nails. Never again! Better get SAR visa and stay any other place

The location was excellent useful to have a stop over and the staff here was really friendly. The king room was extremely spacious and practical in good condition.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel stays for the price that I've had in recent memory. I couldn't believe the lack of services. 1) no water provided. 2) no hand towels. 3) persistent noise all night long. 4) internet connection was terrible. Overall, highly unimpressed. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone.

Furniture is modern, not of designer type. Beds are good. Bathroom is spacious and well equipped.

Most of the hotel is underground. Almost every room is only artificially lighted. One feels like being in a cellar or cave. The hotel has no gym or pool. It is located in the duty-free area of the airport, and meeting with South African colleagues or friends is only possible if one immigrates after receiving a visa at the immigration. This is, however, not possible once one is in the hotel area. There is no restaurant. Meals including breakfast can only be taken in the room. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Lighting at the beds is poor.

Staying at this airport hotel was incredibly convenient as we didn't have to leave the airport, and we could easily access shops, including Duty Free, without having to pass the security check multiple times. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff provided pleasant service and the breakfast options were satisfactory. Additionally, the location allowed for quick access to our gate, which was a huge advantage.

The internet service was unsatisfactory, as no password was provided and accessing the internet proved to be a frustrating experience.

Very slow to get a towel for the room. Really bad smell from garbage in an alley behind the hotel

Arriving late at night after a long flight we could go straight to bed without having to get a taxi and travel to hotel outside the airport.

It is not clear that the hotel is only for passengers in transit. We arrived at OT with JHB as our final destination - ie not in transit. However, we were able to go in and out of the departures lounge to access the hotell but it's not clear whether we were entitled to so. Are passengers arriving at their final destination entitled to use the hotel when they are not in transit? Please make it clear on the website BEFORE proceeding to payment.

Overall a great stay for one night. Location really close to duty free within the international terminal and railway station and airport and the market. Also, to shops in the airport terminal...
